Proposed Changes to PCT Fees

* UPDATE - The PCT Fees changed effective May 1, 2009. Be sure to check the fee schedule here: Fee Schedule
The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is proposing an increase in the PCT transmittal and search fees.  If approved, the transmittal fee would increase from $300 to $415 and the search fee would increase from $1800 to $2225.
